Podcast Producer is needed in Denver, United States.

As a group of 40 year olds, we think there is a lane for relatable midlife content, mixed with sports, bonding with friends and a casual vibe. Think a more conscious, intellectual Barstool. More healthy topics like mental health, family, aging, etc. but still the sports and relatable aspects you see on ESPN/Barstool. But a group of entertaining friends that want everyone to feel like they are a part of the fun group. We would have a pre prepared docket to go through like Pardon the Interruption. Willing to spend on a podcast studio in my house, but would start at a podcast room at a co-working space. Will spend on promotion/social media for at least a year or two for faster discovery. Great opportunity for someone to get in from the start with a few successful entrepreneurs that want to get into the content space.

Who are you:
I am a retired software founder that is wanting to start something audacious with my friends (also entrepreneurs). We have backgrounds in many different areas (tech, legal, fitness) and all played college sports. Yeah yeah yeah, everyone wants to start a pod and I know how competitive it is. Where I think we can be special: Willing to invest in high quality production, willing to talk about more than just basic sports (real life topics that people in midlife think about) and want to include data, stats, and pull in guests and opinions outside of our sphere. I was naive with my first company and think we can create our destiny. Just takes showing up, working hard and having fun.
