Vocalist is needed in South Africa.

I am looking for a vocalist for a personal project titled “Hear me out.” The ideal candidate should have the ability to control their voice and produce good quality music. This will be a full-time contract position based in Rustenburg, South Africa, and I need someone who can commit for the long term. I am ready to make a paid hire and am open to offers, but I’m looking for a beginner with a budget of $15-25 per hour. The project is scheduled for delivery in December.
