Job Description

Job Title: Sr Graphic Designer

Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid - 2-3 days Onsite/Week)

Duration: 12 Months

Pay range: $45/Hr to $52/Hr on W2

All candidates must be directly contracted by ASK Consulting on their payroll and cannot be subcontracted. We are unable to provide sponsorship at this moment.

The role requires someone with a passion for imagining and creating best-in-class design work that is authentic to our brand. Responsibilities include building assets for online, print, and video, producing and editing videos, and collaborating with a global design team to deliver high-priority projects. Candidates should have great communication skills and a strong interest in staying current with design trends.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Breadth of design skills across various media for multiple audience types.
• Demonstrated work across PowerPoint, motion graphics, animation, and illustration.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• At least 5 years of experience working in Graphic Design at an agency or in-house.
• Comfortable working to deadlines and using task management tools.
• Great communication skills, with the ability to provide real-time updates and share project ideas.
• Interest in staying at the forefront of design, communication, and culture.
• Ability to work in passionate environments and manage tight turnaround times.
• Ability to give and receive critical feedback in a collaborative manner.

Functional Activities:

• Understand, translate, and champion business strategies, extending the corporate brand to creative touchpoints.
• Build assets for online, print, and video while adhering to brand guidelines and usability standards.
• Edit and produce videos, including developing motion graphics, storyboarding, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs and bring stories and initiatives to life.
• Help grow and expand the library of assets, such as illustrations and photography.

Additional Information

Disqualifier: No video experience.

Industry-specific experience that would separate one candidate from another includes video production, editing, and visual storytelling/storyboarding capabilities.
