This exciting opportunity involves ensuring the mathematical integrity of gaming technologies by analyzing source code and mathematical systems in compliance with jurisdiction regulations and technical standards. Responsibilities include developing advanced gaming algorithms, conducting rigorous testing, utilizing mathematical modeling, maintaining gaming systems across multiple platforms, collaborating with development teams, and providing technical leadership to junior members. You will need to stay updated on the latest industry developments to maintain competitive gaming solutions.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in designing, delivering, or testing math for slot machines (land-based or digital).
  • Proficiency in C++, Java, and C#. Experience in C/C++ is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems.
  • Solid understanding of mathematical testing, statistics, and gaming regulations.
  • Proven leadership skills with the capability to mentor junior team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and complex algorithm development expertise.
  • A passion for gaming and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional Information

This position is 100% remote and offers a salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per year. We provide a flexible working environment, paid time off, a 401k plan, and excellent benefits.
