2D Animator is needed in Egypt.

I am looking for a freelancer to help create a cartoon series titled “Nani’s Magical Adventures: Exploring History, Culture, and Language Through Animation,” aimed at children. The project requires skills in 2D animation and character design, specifically using Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, and Adobe Animate. It is important that the animation blends well with live-action elements and reflects a stylized, culturally-inspired aesthetic, with experience suitable for educational content.

This will be a single job with the potential for follow-up work, lasting more than a week, and I am ready to make a paid hire. The animator will need to be available at a location in Cairo, Egypt, for part of the project. I am open to receiving offers for budgeting.
