My Home Tutor is seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to grow our homeschooling audience, convert leads, and help scale our brand. This role offers commission on the first sale and recurring commissions on future signups, allowing your earning potential to grow with your efforts. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Next Door, X, Public Square, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop engaging content to build brand awareness, grow followers, and drive conversions.
• Identify and engage with potential customers, businesses, influencers, and online communities.
• Track campaign performance and optimize for higher ROI.
• Stay on top of industry trends and adapt strategies to remain competitive.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and local businesses to generate repeat referrals.
• Actively engage in outreach, marketing, and networking activities to increase patient referrals.
• Track and report on referral progress and marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven success in social media marketing, with examples of previous campaigns.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• A strong passion for the tutoring and homeschooling industry.
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Canva for graphic design.
• Proficiency with social media applications and tools (NextDoor, Square, X, Facebook, Instagram, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong writing skills for content creation.

Commission Structure

This position is commission-based and not hourly. Pay ranges from approximately $200-$450 per client, with recurring commissions on all future signups. There is no cap on earnings—the more you sell, the more you make.

Job Type and Pay

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
