Job Description

We are seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative, digital, and marketing team, based in the Leeds office on a hybrid model (2 days a week in the office). This position offers a salary of £30,000 - £32,500 plus benefits. The company, with a US turnover of £22 billion and a European turnover of £9 billion, operates in a modern business environment across 14 diverse product areas, including next-generation SaaS digital platforms and green tech. This role combines the best aspects of working client-side with the vibrant culture of a marketing agency.

The Motion Graphics Designer will work within an internal creative and digital agency team comprising designers, copywriters, video/animation specialists, and multi-channel digital marketers. Reporting to the Head of Digital, who has a background in top digital agencies, the designer will support Marketing Strategy Heads across various business areas in Europe.

Requirements

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer who can lead the development of ‘video brand guidelines’, effectively interrogate briefs, ask challenging questions, think strategically, and scope out solutions that exceed stakeholder expectations. Key skills include:

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Video editing experience is ideally preferred

The ideal candidate should be someone who thrives in a fun, varied environment and is not accustomed to prolonged processes and procedures. A background in agency work is advantageous for this client-side role.
