Job Description

Yonder is building the financial membership of the future, starting with a credit card centered on fun and experiences. We aim to revolutionize the finance industry, making financial services fair and conscious while eliminating the stress of debt. After raising £23.4M in September 2024, we’re expanding our team and launching better rewards.

We are looking for a Digital Designer to join us for 3 days a week on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to increase to full-time. This role is ideal for those excited about enhancing our website and performance marketing ads, using design to generate results.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • A strong understanding of website design and optimization, with experience designing user-friendly, conversion-focused web pages.
  • The ability to create effective performance marketing ads that capture attention and drive customer acquisition.
  • Proficiency in using data to inform decisions and refine designs, including running A/B tests.
  • Consistency in maintaining on-brand visuals while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Experience collaborating closely with marketing, product, and design teams, showing effective communication skills.
  • A balance of creativity and results-driven design, ensuring all efforts drive measurable outcomes.

Additional Information

Working at Yonder:

  • Office-first, remote-friendly atmosphere based in Hoxton, requiring a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.
  • Values-led approach, with an emphasis on team dynamics and culture.

Compensation: £250-300 per day, along with monthly team events and perks like breakfast and coffee made by our CEO.

Interview Process

The interview process consists of four stages:

  • Stage 1: Hiring manager call (30 mins - Remote)
  • Stage 2: Portfolio review (60 mins - Remote)
  • Stage 3: Values alignment (60 mins - On-Site)
  • Stage 4: Offer

All candidates can expect responsive communication throughout the process, specific feedback from Stage 2 onwards, and the completion of background checks for compliance due to the sensitive nature of customer data.
