Position: Digital Artworker

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - until May 2025

Location: Hatfield - Blended working - 2-3 days in the office

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Level: Associate

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Strong ability to produce multiple onsite banners with attention to detail at speed.
• Proficient in design software including Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Understanding of design production, optimization, and preparing banners for onsite channels.
• Experience in a similar role within a busy agency or in-house studio environment.
• Attention to detail with a natural ability to adhere to guidelines.
• Experience working across E-coms/digital channels.
• Excellent at setting up multiple SKU files for designers.
• Demonstrates integrity, positivity, efficiency, thoroughness, tenacity, and proactivity.
• Strong presentation skills with a passion for presenting ideas.
• Brand guardian, ensuring compliance with Brand Guidelines.
• Experience dealing with processes.
• Understanding of HTML banners setup and publishing (desirable).
• A strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Organized, resilient, self-motivated, and dependable.
• A desire to be an integral part of an in-house studio.
• Advanced research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with clients.
