Job Description

Rose International is seeking a qualified Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team in Bothell, WA. This role requires onsite presence three days per week and is a temporary position with an estimated duration of 13 months. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX and product design, specifically for mobile applications, and will be responsible for leading design efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring other designers.

Requirements

Must Have Skills/Attributes:

• Android, FIGMA, iOS, Product Design, React Native, Sketch, UI/UX Design, UX DESIGN, Wireframe
• Degree or Certification in a human-centered design field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years practicing UX, product, or human-centered design
• 2+ years leading/mentoring other designers
• Minimum of 3 years experience designing for native apps (iOS/Android)

• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking
• Strong digital portfolio demonstrating UX, UI/visual design skills, and strategic thinking
• Experience designing for mobile platforms (Android, iOS, React Native; web a plus)
• Deep understanding of UX best practices
• Knowledge in creating usable, accessible, and modular designs
• Proficiency with software such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, and the Adobe Design Suite
• Familiarity with UX Research (a plus)
• A passion for design

Salary

Min Hourly Rate: $60.00

Max Hourly Rate: $75.00
