Job Description

Founded in May 2018, SushiDog has become famous for its made-to-order sushi rolls, bowls, and Asian-inspired salads. As we prepare for our next stage of growth, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working, and creative Social Media and Content Executive who will be responsible for organic social strategy, content creation, and community management. You will work alongside our Marketing Manager to spread awareness of the SushiDog brand and engage with our customers in various ways.

Requirements

• Experienced in personal or professional TikTok growth
• Experience with video content creation
• Platform experience with Instagram and LinkedIn
• Proven ability to increase engagement and social growth, especially on TikTok
• A fan of SushiDog with an eye for detail, design, and good copy content creation, with shooting and editing skills
• A creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community building
• Entrepreneurial mindset—willing to get involved and grow with the company
• Customer obsessed
• Ability to multitask
• Knowledge of graphic design preferred but not essential
• Collaborative and enthusiastic team player

Role Responsibilities

• Create and execute organic social marketing strategy on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Produce eye-catching content aligned with product launches, new store openings, and day-to-day posts
• Manage brand ambassadors and content creators, ensuring all content is on-brand
• Engage with followers and encourage user-generated content
• Monitor social media metrics and report on performance with insights and ideas for improvement

Additional Information

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £15,000.00-£18,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 27 per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Experience: 1 year of social media experience (preferred)

Work Location: In person
