We are seeking a FREELANCE GRAPHIC DESIGNER to join our team, reporting to the Director of Marketing. The designer will create eye-catching graphics across various platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support in-house photoshoots. The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience, expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and a solid grasp of design principles, thriving in our fast-paced environment and contributing to all stages of the creative process.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Figma.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to balance big-picture thinking while efficiently handling smaller creative tasks.
• Independent project management skills with the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain clear communication.
• Embody PLANTA’s can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you.
• Basic skills in photography and videography.
• Deadline-driven and impeccably organized.
• Thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with the marketing, culinary, operations, and leadership teams.
