Job Description

The monastery is seeking a Senior Producer with a focus on design, animation, and video editing at scale. This role involves close collaboration with clients in the region, necessitating client-facing experience. Responsibilities include partnering with a major client to produce digital advertising assets, managing multiple design and animation projects, ensuring quality output, and aligning work with client strategy and brand goals. You will also assist in scoping and quoting projects, and lead a team of producers and designers while working within a large international production company.

Requirements

Essential qualifications for this role include:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising or creative production as a Producer or Project Manager.
• A solid understanding of the creative workflow for fast-paced design and animation projects.
• Sufficient technical knowledge to foresee and address planning or production issues.
• A team player with the ability to collaborate across teams, time zones, and technologies.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with project management tools and proficient in using spreadsheets.
• A problem-solver who can handle ambiguity in client situations.
