Job Description

The Website Designer plays a crucial role in supporting Elfie’s mission to fight chronic disease. You will amplify Elfie’s message of empowering users to monitor their health through a gamified, rewarding experience. By creating engaging content and implementing effective social media strategies, you will help increase brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and foster a supportive community of health-conscious individuals across Elfie’s global markets.

Requirements

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in website management for multiple markets. Proven track record of successful SEO implementation and content strategy development.

Skills: Strong skills in Webflow or similar platforms, SEO practices, and web analytics tools. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required. Excellent writing and editing skills for creating engaging, SEO-optimized content. Proven ability to manage multiple websites across different markets, adapting content for local needs. Strong communication skills for working effectively with various stakeholders across markets.

What You Will Do

- Create and manage multiple pages on Elfie’s website, ensuring consistent branding and user experience.

- Oversee and maintain multiple websites for Elfie’s various market presences, adapting content and design to local market needs.

- Develop high-quality, SEO-focused content for all websites and pages.

- Implement strategies to increase Elfie’s online credibility through acquiring quality backlinks.

- Utilize Webflow to design, update, and maintain Elfie’s websites, ensuring responsive design.

- Manage technical aspects of all websites, including site structure, XML sitemaps, and monitor website traffic.
