Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Producer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of various projects, ensuring that all aspects of the production process run smoothly. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with writers, directors, and other team members to create compelling content.
• Oversee video editing processes, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with project goals.
• Manage social media platforms to promote content and engage with audiences effectively.
• Write and translate scripts or content as needed, maintaining clarity and coherence.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for various production tasks, including video editing and graphic design.
• Conduct technical writing to create clear documentation for production processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a production role or similar capacity.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual capabilities are a plus.
• Experience in social media management and content promotion strategies.
• Background in journalism or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Ability to translate content accurately while maintaining the original message is desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.

Pay: $92,641.00 - $103,075.00 per year
