Job Description

As Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness. This role offers a unique opportunity for career progression, allowing you to directly influence the social strategy for Mindy Paul, a global entrepreneur, business coach, and CEO. Our business is fast-paced, impactful, and unapologetically bold.

With a social media following of over 50,000, we are seeking someone who can amplify our presence and elevate the brand to new heights. You will report directly to the Creative Director to ensure creative alignment with the brand’s vision.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Strong skills in designing social media assets using Canva or Adobe packages.

• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret post analytics to optimize strategies for engagement and growth.

• Capable of planning content calendars at least 30 days in advance and writing bold, impactful post copy.

• Proactive community management and engagement with audiences on all platforms.

• Experience in scheduling and promoting podcast episodes (training provided).

• A creative and analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and sees this as a career progression.

• Passion for business coaching, manifestation, mindset growth, and career advancement.
