Job Description

At AAA Northeast, the Digital Producer proactively creates, updates, and tests web experiences to support business objectives using an Adobe Suite of best-in-class tools. The role involves researching, editing, and proofreading content for online publication, while independently planning and producing content that aligns with the website’s style, accessibility compliance, and technical requirements. Responsibilities include guidance on content requests, documentation of processes, and ensuring relevance to the audience. This position is also responsible for creating, launching, and monitoring A/B testing based on data collected from Adobe Analytics and collaboration with departments, while maintaining web accessibility and SEO optimization.

Requirements

Education

• Associate’s Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related area required, or
• 3-4 years of additional relevant experience required, or
• Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related area preferred.

Experience

• 1+ years of relevant work experience, including internships, freelance work, or entry-level positions in areas like project management, content creation, and digital strategy required.
• 1+ years of experience with multimedia production, including video production, graphic design, and web development required.
