SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER at Heart & Soul Marketing. We are in need of a passionate senior graphic designer who can bring digital and traditional design projects to life with enthusiasm and precision. You will be deeply involved in our new business process and contribute to creating compelling ad campaigns while collaborating with our creative team.

Responsibilities

• Understand our clients, their products, and customers to contribute to their success.
• Develop breakthrough ad campaigns daily.
• Be flexible, nimble, and resourceful while maintaining a fun work environment.
• Collaborate to help clients win.
• Create and produce unique brand logos and packaging.
• Ensure designs reflect the brand’s personality and strategic goals.
• Present fresh ideas to team members.
• Monitor projects through all production phases.
• Provide multiple solutions based on feedback and direction.
• Prepare materials for client presentations.
• Manage a team of graphic designers and production artists.
• Communicate knowledge of assigned products effectively.
• Maintain computer archive files and adhere to client budgets and time constraints.

Requirements

• A minimum of an associate degree in advertising/communication design or visual arts; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 4-5 years of related experience in design or an agency setting.
• Strong visual knowledge of composition, color theory, and typography.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Pride in personal and team work.

Bonus Points

• Knowledge of editing and animating with Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a plus.
• Proficiency in presentation design using Google Slides and comfortable with Google Drive.

Growth Path

The position offers an increased responsibility as the agency grows, with a general path towards training as a Design Director or Art Director.
