Job Description

Full Stack Developer position based in Birmingham, offering a salary range of £75,000 to £100,000 per annum on a permanent basis. This role involves collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to maximize website analytics and web tracking, supporting the company’s ambitious growth trajectory. The selected candidate will be part of a leading financial services business known for its fast growth and positive customer feedback.

Requirements

• Proven full stack exposure.

• Experience in Financial Services or a transferable industry.

• Experience working on data and analytics optimization alongside Marketing and Sales teams.

• Strong appreciation of App development environment covering all major browsers and reactive approaches.

• Expertise in deployment and management of networked applications with a significant user base and data collection.

• Understanding of cloud systems, primarily GCP, along with architectural and design patterns.

• Ability to create applications required to deliver business goals using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Ensure seamless functionality across multiple channels including Web, Mobile, and People.

• Integrate with back-office platforms such as CRM, Lending Management, Credit Management and Financial systems.

• Domain knowledge in working with CRM and LMS platforms, especially from a lending/financial business perspective.

• Involvement in gathering and understanding business requirements.

• Collaboration with the wider development, architecture, and infrastructure team to design, plan, and develop systems that meet business goals.
