Job Description

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Consultant to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to generate leads, build brand awareness, and create engaging social media platforms for clients. This role requires a blend of analytical acumen, creative flair, and technical expertise to engage target audiences, enhance brand presence, and drive results through digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to boost brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate high-quality leads.
  • Social Media Management: Develop, design, and manage client social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, Yelp, and Google.
  • Google Ads Optimization: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) and increase traffic and conversions.
  • Content Creation: Produce compelling content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, and email newsletters, to strengthen brand messaging.
  • SEO Implementation: Apply SEO best practices to enhance organic search rankings and boost website traffic.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborative Design: Work with the design team using Adobe Creative Suite to create visually engaging marketing materials.
  • Campaign Testing: Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies for various campaigns.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and interact with social media followers to build a loyal and engaged brand community.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to continually refine strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a portfolio of successful lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
  • Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis tools such as SQL and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A creative mindset and passion for digital storytelling.
