Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Intermediate UI Developer to join our Enterprise Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team at a top Canadian Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that enhance the functionality and user experience of our AML systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user interfaces using Angular, Java, and SQL.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve performance and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI Developer with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficiency in Angular, Java, and SQL.
• Experience in working with OpenShift and GitHub.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in the financial sector, particularly in AML, is a plus.

Location: Hybrid - 1 day onsite in Downtown
