Monks is expanding with key Creative roles, seeking conceptual thinkers who can generate award-winning creativity across various contemporary disciplines. The ideal candidate will creatively direct projects from concept to execution and possess a flair for the visual side of storytelling, complemented by 360-degree campaign experience and a broad understanding of creative disciplines. This key role involves direct client interaction, building strategic thought and creative ideas that have a lasting impact, while being part of a dynamic team at a new breed of creative agency with innovative expertise across digital, social, technology, and production.

Requirements

• International experience in markets outside the US.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to impress clients.
• Ability to run the creative aspects of pitches or projects independently.
• Capability to recommend necessary resources and technology as a design mentor and problem-solver.
• Proven track record in creating effective concepts for display ads and social (content) campaigns using various media such as film, animation, and imagery.
• Experience working with high-end brands and managing tight deadlines.
• Skilled in leading multiple projects from conception to completion.
• Proactive in forecasting production and concept-related issues and providing solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, global team across time zones.
• A positive attitude that inspires colleagues to excel, regardless of their location.
