Job Description

Mighty Jaxx is the leading integrated future culture platform in Southeast Asia, aimed at supercharging future culture phygitally. The company partners with top global brands and creative talents to deliver digital and phygital collectibles worldwide. Mighty Jaxx is currently seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to create 3D motion graphics for product promotion across various social platforms. The candidate will work closely with Art Directors and the broader design team, crafting engaging materials that align with brand and marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

• Creative Development:
• Collaborate with Art Directors to conceptualize and develop innovative 3D motion graphics, participate in brainstorming sessions, and review creative concepts to meet project objectives.
• Motion Graphics Production:
• Design and produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics and visual effects, ensure timely delivery and adherence to technical specifications, and experiment with new tools and techniques.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work with cross-functional teams for cohesive visual storytelling, provide project updates to stakeholders, and mentor junior designers.
• Brand Consistency and Innovation:
• Ensure motion graphics align with brand guidelines, stay updated on trends and technologies, and introduce new techniques to enhance quality.

Requirements

• Prior experience in 3D motion graphics design, animation, or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.
• Excellent storytelling abilities with keen attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Knowledge of video production processes, including editing and post-production.
• Experience working in an agency or creative environment handling multiple projects.
