Job Description

Hogarth is the Global Content Experience Company and a part of WPP, partnering with leading brands like Coca-Cola, Ford, and Dyson. The Producer is responsible for managing production workflows, ensuring high creative standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget while working closely with the Broadcast Production Team and Creative agency.

Freelance period: Immediate to 23rd December.

Key Responsibilities

• Knowledge of various roles, functions, capabilities, equipment, and applications within the Broadcast Production Department.
• Arrange briefings with clients/agencies; discuss budgets, quotes, and project management.
• Attend briefings/reviews, document findings, and communicate information to Producers/Client Servicing team.
• Ensure all necessary materials are on the system and check sign-off invoices before client submission.
• Explore new work opportunities and enhance client satisfaction and relationships.
• Understand broadcast technologies and ensure proper use by producers and operators.
• Foster collaboration among Producers, Operators, and Client Servicing teams.
• Present findings from meetings to Broadcast producers and act as a liaison between business areas.
• Assist in developing business capabilities.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in a Commercial Post Production facility or Creative Agency.
• Proactive and results-driven.
• Strong internal and external client relationship skills.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude towards collective success.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, especially under pressure.
• Resourceful in identifying Directors/Production Houses for primary production needs.
