Job Description

Anthropic is looking for a talented Brand Designer to elevate our visual identity and bring our innovative AI products, research, and ideas to life. In this role, you’ll craft engaging marketing and brand experiences across various channels, including product launches, growth marketing, sales enablement, and events. Reporting to the Business Marketing Brand Lead, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex concepts into effective brand experiences. Your blend of design expertise, strategic thinking, and collaborative spirit will be essential to inspiring and engaging our target audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement visual strategies that strengthen our brand across marketing channels.
• Develop and maintain design systems for various brand workstreams, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Create compelling brand assets for product launches, growth campaigns, sales materials, and event collateral.
• Articulate creative vision through project briefs and narratives, weaving our brand story across different outputs and audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to blend diverse inputs into cohesive brand approaches.

Additional Information

Salary: The expected salary range for this position is $260,000 — $305,000 USD.

Logistics: Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. Some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship is available but not guaranteed for all roles.
