Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in graphic design principles and a passion for creating visually compelling content. This role involves collaborating with various departments within our company in order to develop designs that align with our brand identity and meet project objectives. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics for both digital and print media.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Utilize software tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, and InVision to develop prototypes and design layouts.
• Illustrate concepts through digital art and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding across all platforms.
• Thrive under tight deadlines.
• Efficient communication & attention to detail.
• Execute typesetting tasks to ensure proper formatting of text in design projects.
• Participate in sign manufacturing projects by designing signage that meets client specifications.
• Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders while maintaining project timelines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design or a related field, showcasing a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
• Familiarity with CSS for web design is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with motion graphics is desirable but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• 3 years of graphic design experience (Preferred).
• 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Preferred).
• 3 years of experience with Adobe Illustrator (Preferred).
