Job Description

As a Midweight Creative within the creative department at That Lot, you will be a brilliant conceptual thinker and maker, helping to create Work That Slaps™ for prominent UK brands. Your responsibilities will include:

• Concepting and developing campaign and engaging owned social ideas.
• Being ultra-reactive to culture, knowing where to identify the best moments to react and post content before other brands.
• Presenting your work clearly and engagingly, especially during pitches.
• Exhibiting initiative, tenacity, and curiosity.
• Crafting ideas and communicating them effectively.
• Demonstrating creator-level abilities beyond traditional advertising art direction or design.
• Having a knack for creating slick, unforgettable decks.

Requirements
