Job Description

As a Senior Designer based in Saudi Arabia, you will partner with ambitious local, regional, and global teams, crafting work that resonates both within the Kingdom and with global audiences.

As a creative at AKQA, you will deliver and inspire category-defining work, influencing change through ideas, creativity, and interactive media. Your role will involve developing labors of love that delight customers and deliver results for clients.

Requirements

• Consistently deliver several successful solutions and high-quality work to clients on time.
• Learn new skills and stay abreast of technical and digital design developments.
• Participate in pitches.
• Ideate and co-design with peers and clients positively and collaboratively.
• Be client-facing and present creative work to internal and client stakeholders.
• Own and manage projects with some oversight from a Creative Director.
• Share knowledge with AKQA teams and mentor mid/junior designers.
• Stay up to date with the latest design and technology trends.
• High level client and team satisfaction.

Qualities and Characteristics

• A compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality design thinking and art direction across various mediums and clients.
• Exceptional design aesthetics with a portfolio to demonstrate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in branding design methodologies and design thinking.
• A drive to break boundaries and craft the best ideas of their kind in the world.
• Passionate and driven, staying on top of best practices in the field.
• Extensive experience with software like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Keynote.
