Job Description

As a Copywriter focusing on employer branding and recruitment marketing, you will be responsible for delivering specific projects and creating regular content, which will be agreed upon prior to your appointment but may change throughout the contract. Your role involves developing a wide range of content to attract top talent, showcasing our culture and values, and aligning with our brand and relevant messaging frameworks. Depending on availability and skill set, your briefs may include:

  • Creating engaging copy for recruitment campaigns, including emails, website content, and digital ads.
  • Writing social media captions for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to promote the employer brand.
  • Collaborating on the conceptualisation of brand campaigns for deployment across various platforms.
  • Developing prompts for employee blog content and crafting authentic, engaging blog posts.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all digital and social channels.
  • Occasionally collaborating with other agency partners to co-develop innovative, impactful campaigns.

Requirements

  • Experience in developing talent attraction marketing copy for various channels.
  • Proficiency in copywriting for talent marketing, employer branding, and digital marketing.
  • Understanding of employer branding and its impact on building diverse and inclusive organizations; experience in creating copy for diverse audiences is essential.
  • Experience in developing copy for social media campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their integration into copy development.
  • Creative thinking abilities, with a track record of developing conceptual ideas.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and possess excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable experience working within brand guidelines.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing agencies and other suppliers.
  • Proficient in using relevant tools for workflow management and regular collaboration with the talent attraction team.

Additional Information

Location: Bristol, Birmingham, London - Hybrid

Start Date: Flexible - possible hours in Nov/Dec

End Date: 12 months, with potential for extension

Hours per Week: Several hours each week (number of hours may vary)

Pay Rate: £46 per hour (inside IR35)
