Position: Freelance Graphic Designer

About us: Bee Street is an influencer marketing agency that executes out of the box and creative programs for high-profile consumer brands. We are in a high period of growth, with many creative projects happening simultaneously. We are building a team of ongoing freelance graphic designers to hire as needed. It is very important that you are an out of the box thinker. We do very creative hands-on projects.

• Align with client brand aesthetics and goals to develop mailer creative strategy that communicates brand message.
• Develop strong conceptual creative ideas for mailing proposals to present to our team via designed decks and in meetings.
• Develop and refine assets such as printed pieces, collateral, etc.
• Work alongside our Head of Production.
• Create client recap videos to use for case studies and business development materials.

Requirements

• Smart, sharp, scrappy, resourceful, responsive.
• Positive attitude about receiving direct, constructive feedback.
• Clear, timely communicator.
• Proactive thinker and motivated self-starter with the confidence to take initiative and ask questions.
• Super organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Cloud, etc.), Canva, Google Suite, etc.
