As the only full-service scent company, Aroma360 guides clients from concept and development to strategic implementation while priding themselves on exceptional customer service every step of the way. We are continuously raising the bar for healthy scenting solutions in the industry!

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team! In this role, you will oversee and enhance the consumer experience across our websites, ensuring they are optimized to be best in class within the direct-to-consumer (D2C) space. This role is essential for maximizing key e-commerce metrics, including conversion rates, average order value, and overall user engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee user experience (UX) design across both websites, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for users.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve site performance across all e-commerce success metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to implement UX/UI best practices that align with our brand identity and objectives.
  • Use data-driven insights and conduct usability testing to make informed recommendations for UX improvements.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analyses to maintain and enhance our sites’ D2C standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in D2C e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with e-commerce metrics (conversion rates, average order value, etc.).
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively communicate design strategies and goals.
