Job Description
Huguenots generates highly personalised solutions for fund management clients of all sizes, from start-up boutiques to global asset management firms, using our in-house investment reporting platform. Our aim is to provide our clients with peace of mind through attention to detail and customisation which are the hallmarks of Huguenots. Our solutions are business-critical and highly visible, delivering key information to investors worldwide. We are a close-knit team of 35 talented individuals who believe our business is strongest when we work together in person.
As Huguenots is growing quickly, we are looking for an eager mid-level designer focused on both digital and print-based investment reporting solutions. You will have the opportunity to develop new ideas from scratch, assist in the evolution of products for existing clients, and be given the freedom to input new ideas early on, fully supported by our experienced design team. This is an onsite role, based at our prestigious offices in the heart of the City of London, promoting close collaboration with colleagues to enhance product understanding and effectiveness.
Requirements
• Ideally, you will have creative agency experience, with at least 5 years of commercial experience.
• An up-to-date portfolio showcasing website design examples and design projects where you have played a key role, and/or examples of document/editorial design.
• Highly advantageous to have a relevant qualification in graphic/web design.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate design concepts to various stakeholders.
• High professional standards with an eye for detail.
• Demonstrable experience with tools such as Figma and InDesign.
• Experience with Illustrator and Photoshop.
• A very high level of written English is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
• Working alongside our senior designers to create initial wireframes.
• Developing high-fidelity prototypes that adhere to our clients’ brand guidelines.
• Conducting regular reviews of our existing projects, both digital and print, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Assisting with multiple concurrent projects, sometimes with conflicting deadlines.
• Participating in and contributing to internal and external briefing meetings.
