Our Creative team focuses on delivering a trusted visual brand through various digital, print, and video assets, driving revenue through sector marketing campaigns, e-commerce, and events. The role involves video editing, storytelling, and motion design within a collaborative and creative environment.

Role Purpose

We seek a passionate individual for video editing and animation who thrives in a busy work environment. You will manage a variety of projects, from editing promotional videos to creating 2D motion graphic content. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will transform briefs and data into engaging video content while adhering to brand guidelines. This is an opportunity to be part of a friendly and innovative in-house creative team during a crucial time for our business.

Main Responsibilities

• Video editing, including titles/graphics/music/sfx and colour grading
• Creating 2D motion graphic animations and infographics
• Developing storyboards and style frames for 2D animation projects
• Collaborating within the Creative team and with stakeholders across departments
• Photo editing and implementing brand guidelines
• Managing projects using online project management software
• Archiving projects effectively

Requirements

• Experience in video editing and animation
• Degree or equivalent in art/video/digital design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong showreel showcasing your experience
• A cover letter detailing why you are the ideal candidate
• Experience in editing short-form content (interviews, webinars, etc.)
• Experience in 2D animation and motion graphics
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles and typography
• Proficient in Apple’s FCPX ecosystem and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Sound judgment for selecting appropriate music for projects
• Experience in transcribing videos and adding captions
• Interest in digital technologies and trends in video post-production

Desirables

• Experience with DSLR cameras, audio, and lighting equipment
• Experience working with freelancers for video shoots
• Interest or experience in 3D animation software, specifically Cinema 4D
