Job Description

This role reports into the Head of Design and is highly varied, focusing on creativity and innovative ideas. Ideal for candidates with 6-8 years of industry experience, the position requires adaptability to business needs and flexibility in scheduling. The successful candidate will provide design support on various projects, including business development pitches, client presentations, and internal marketing communications. With a need for high competency in video and motion software, the ideal candidate should challenge and elevate briefs while adhering to deadlines, managing multiple projects, and communicating effectively.

Requirements

About You:

• A confident Senior Motion/Video Designer passionate about projecting the best image for themselves and Studios.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other motion design software.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including potential evening or weekend shifts.
• An eye for new design trends to inspire Studios and implement into deliverables.
• A detailed understanding of decision-making processes and a commercial perspective on pitches and briefs.
• Advanced motion/video software skills, with the ability to create high-quality motion graphics for various marketing channels.
• Experience collaborating with creative producers, copywriters, and graphic designers.
• Ability to lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction.
• Continuous improvement mindset for motion design processes.

Software Knowledge (Essential):

• After Effects CC
• Premiere CC (or similar)
• Illustrator CC
• Photoshop CC
