Job Description

We want you to #JOINTHEREBELLION! For 30 years, Rebellion has been independently developing and publishing incredible video games across multiple studios founded by Jason & Chris Kingsley. Beyond games, Rebellion also operates a film and mo-cap studio, creates board games, publishes books, and comics through 2000AD, including the iconic Judge Dredd.

We are seeking a Lead UI Artist to lead a team of UI artists and designers for an unannounced project. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the project from the very beginning. You will join a highly collaborative environment, working within a multidisciplinary leadership team to inspire and guide UI Artists, Technical UI Designers, and UX Designers in developing the vision and implementation of the UI for the title.

We value collaboration and believe that UI is best designed through a collective approach. This role will be based at our riverside headquarters in Oxford, which offers a creative and relaxed atmosphere, and we provide a relocation package for successful candidates.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in UI/UX design.
• Experience managing a small team throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Portfolio showcasing high fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma).
• Ability to effectively communicate and build trusting relationships with a diverse range of individuals.
• A passion for video games and game development.
