Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic online brand with ambitious growth plans. The Senior UX Designer will be responsible for the online UX offered to customers, suppliers, and internal teams. We are looking for an expert in digital B2C UX to help the business service its customers online as it evolves and expands its product offering in line with ever-changing customer needs and market forces. You will provide UX expertise and help evolve and improve the UX of their responsive websites as they scale up the business.

Requirements

Senior UX Designer candidates should possess:

• Expertise in B2C designing customer journeys and improving usability.
• Experience in designing responsive UX for all e-commerce concepts.
• A proven track record delivering superb UX, backed by a strong portfolio.
• Experience working within agile processes and making data-driven decisions.
• Strong technical design knowledge in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Proficient in mock-up and wireframe tools, user journey modeling tools, and design tools.
• Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
