Job Description

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle various responsibilities related to digital marketing and social media management. Responsibilities

• Execute the CMO’s marketing plan/strategy
• Manage social media
• Work with the founders to create an editorial calendar
• Create content with videos and photographs
• Post content and respond to DMs, comments, and engagement
• Edit videos
• Research and stay on top of social media trends
• Manage and create a consistent newsletter
• Work with founders on content
• Create email funnels
• Format and edit content
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks/projects as needed

Platforms: Google Suite, Klaviyo, Canva, Instagram, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Later.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing/PR (a must)
• Experience creating videos/reels (a plus)
• Passion/interest in health and wellness (a plus)
• Creative
• Tech-savvy
• Good grammar and ability to write
• Intuitively organized
• Detail-oriented
• Self-starter
• 10 hours per week (may increase depending on workload)
• Available during Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone
