Responsibilities

• Create compelling and visually appealing graphics (Static & Animated) for a range of digital and print assets including packaging, brochures, banners, and product campaigns.
• Handle print & video shoots.
• Collaborate with our global design team to ensure that all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and style.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure designs meet business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and techniques to continuously improve your design skills and output.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent skills and experience, in Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience in graphic design in a reputed agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and techniques.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of Video editing.
• Awareness and familiarity with using Generative AI tools for art will help.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a global team environment.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience designing for both digital and print mediums.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
