Position: Seasonal Videographer/Camera Operator

Duration: February - June 2025

Location: Nationwide travel across the U.S.

Company Overview: DanceBUG is renowned for its cutting-edge solutions in the dance community, specializing in distributing and streaming dance media. Celebrated as the industry standard in Videography and Photography, we have been serving the dance community for nearly 25 years.

Role Overview: This role involves traveling nationwide to capture and stream dance competitions, recitals, and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage video, audio, and streaming equipment on-site.
• Conduct daily video and audio tests to ensure quality.
• Record and log performances as well as manage the live broadcast.
• Upload and/or ship data as required.
• Communicate with your assigned Coach, Managers, and Onsite Contacts weekly.
• Travel to events nationwide.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Videographer/Camera Operator.
• Expertise in camera settings and audio management.
• Proficiency with Windows and basic editing software (DaVinci, Premiere a plus).
• Ability to manage data and work “production” hours.
• Valid America Driver’s License.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfortable with loud music, flashing lights, and extended periods of stationary work.
• Must pass a Criminal Background and Vulnerable Sector check.
