Job Description

Dory is a cutting-edge SaaS platform transforming property management for landlords, tenants, and property managers. We’re looking for a highly experienced FullStack Developer to join as a co-founder and participate in the technical execution. You will work closely with the founding team, from front-end design to back-end architecture, ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and built for growth. This is an equity-based role for someone with deep technical expertise who’s excited to build something impactful from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of both front-end and back-end architecture
• Collaborate with the founding team to ensure alignment between technical and business objectives
• Build scalable APIs, integrations, and responsive user interfaces
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, security, and data management
• Stay updated with the latest tech trends to keep the platform ahead of the curve
• Aid in driving the technical roadmap and oversee future technical hires

Requirements

• Expert in FullStack development
• Experience with SaaS platforms and developing scalable solutions
• Ability to oversee end-to-end technical implementation, from design to deployment
• Strong understanding of security, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and APIs
• Previous experience in a startup or leadership role, driving technical strategy

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience through successful projects or startups, with a portfolio of work
