Job Description
Global Atlantic is looking for a Social Media Manager to join the Brand Marketing and Content team. The candidate will be responsible for helping develop a social media strategy in support of Global Atlanticâs brand and reputation. The individual will also manage a proactive and integrated social media strategy to tell the companyâs story and elevate its brand in line with the firmâs strategic business priorities. A successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively leading multiple projects and collaborating with teams across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Build and implement social media strategy to align with business goals, focusing on brand objectives and KPIs.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop a content calendar that ensures a consistent and engaging brand presence.
- Identify specific KPIs and measurement framework for all social channels.
- Oversee execution of all social media posts and campaigns, including development, editing, approval, and monitoring across all owned social channels.
- Advise on social media accountsâ design to ensure brand consistency of executives involved in the LinkedIn program.
- Suggest and implement new features to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences, designing tools and applications accordingly.
- Work closely with various corporate and business partners to communicate processes and ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- Develop an engagement model and process for all social content from inception to execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree required.
- 3+ years of experience developing and managing social media strategies.
- Proven track record managing organic social media across LinkedIn; experience with paid social is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; must present complex concepts concisely.
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr).
- Experience in the financial services category is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strategic and creative thinking aptitude; desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, entrepreneurial environment.
- Good judgment and impeccable ethics.

This is a contract position. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Additional Information
The employees are expected to be in the office 4-5 days per week in Hudson Yards, NY, and 3-4 days per week in all other offices.
