Senior Game Developer (Slot Games)– Games Studio, Location: hybrid in London. My client is a cutting-edge, multinational company specializing in online entertainment, real money gaming, and digital advertising, with a strong emphasis on blockchain and artificial intelligence. The studio is dedicated to creating innovative and engaging products. This is a great opportunity for a senior developer to build a state-of-the-art slots framework for upcoming slot games.

Role Overview

The studio is looking for a Front End Developer to design, build, and maintain a multiplatform slots game framework with a mobile-first approach. Key responsibilities include staying updated with new tools and technologies, ensuring best practices in development and testing, optimizing applications for speed and user experience, collaborating with various team members, and connecting the framework with backend servers.

Requirements

The Candidate Must:

• Have 3+ years of professional experience building HTML-5 browser-based slot games or similar applications.
• Possess extensive knowledge in HTML5, Javascript, and Typescript.
• Have a profound understanding of web services and API integration (especially REST APIs).
• Show proficiency in tech stacks such as Vue.js and PIXI.JS.
• Be proficient in cross-browser compatibility, usability, and accessibility design considerations.
• Have the ability to write efficient, clean, and structured code that is easy to maintain and test.
• Be meticulous, proactive, and possess a keen eye for detail.
• Be an experienced problem solver and troubleshooter.
• Be fluent in English and communicate clearly and efficiently.
