Job Overview: We’re looking for a freelance Designer for 2-3 months. This designer will support our design team with assembling tech packs, maintaining product line sheets, and providing design support when necessary. This role will require working on-site at our DTLA office from Monday to Thursday (~32 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Illustrator Flat technical sketches, including corrections as required
• Assemble tech packs/new design submits
• Write product descriptions
• Indicate product attributes on checklists
• Maintain/update product line sheets
• Collaborate with designers in fabric research and provide samples
• Provide design support to Designers

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical design
• Experience with evening wear/formal dresses

Physical Requirements

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk or hear; and occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, and color vision.
