Job Description

As a Lead React.JS Engineer, you will thrive on creating robust and highly scalable user interfaces using React.js. This position offers the opportunity to take charge of front-end engineering and UX/UI processes for a revolutionary product that has disrupted its industry. You will be part of a young and ambitious firm that has transitioned from a start-up to a successful white-label platform used by over 500 customers. Your role will involve defining code standards, conducting code reviews, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality code is produced. You will own the architecture and lead the implementation of the React application, focusing on building modular and scalable components.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.js.
• Strong design skills and a solid understanding of component-based architecture.
• Experience in single-page application development.
• Strong understanding of state management (Hooks).
• Ability to implement UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with a NodeJS ecosystem and Azure platforms.
• Mentorship and leadership skills to guide junior developers.
