Job Description

Reporting into the Head of Design, this is a highly varied role focused on creativity and innovative ideas. It requires 6-8 years of industry experience in a similar field. The successful candidate will manage design support across various projects, from business development pitches and client presentations to internal marketing communications. A high competency in video and motion software is essential, along with the ability to elevate briefs and deliver high standards in all work. Flexibility, originality, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while adhering to deadlines are crucial. This is a unique role within the Group, and a first of its kind.

Requirements

About You:

  • A confident Senior Motion/Video Designer with a commitment to projecting the best image for themselves and Studios.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other motion design software.
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC (Illustrator CC, Photoshop CC, and Premier CC or similar).
  • Adaptability to work a flexible schedule based on business design needs, potentially including evening or weekend shifts.
  • Vigilant in seeking new design trends to inspire Studios and capable of implementing these in design deliverables.
  • Detailed understanding of commercial aspects for pitches and client briefs.
  • Advanced use of motion/video software to create high-quality content for diverse marketing channels.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with producers, copywriters, and graphic designers for cohesive visual content.
  • Leadership abilities to guide brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction for effective motion design solutions.
  • Continuous improvement mindset for the efficiency of the motion design process.
