Job Description

Zynga is seeking a skilled ANIMATOR proficient in Unity to join a dynamic team for one of Zynga’s most established games. The ideal candidate must collaborate with designers, concept artists, technical artists, and software engineers to develop exceptional animation and special effects. Responsibilities include 2.5D animation in Unity, focusing on symbols, logos, environments, VFX, and character animations. The role also involves modeling and rigging to support the animation pipeline while generating creative ideas and solutions with the team.

Requirements

Desired Skills And Experience:

• 2-5 years of game development experience.
• Strong principles of Design and Animation (2D/3D, character, environment, UI, VFX).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to provide and receive feedback.
• Software experience in: Maya, Unity, Photoshop, Perforce, Git.
• Technical experience modeling, skinning, and rigging 2D/3D assets/characters.
• Knowledge of game development on multiple projects, with the ability to provide creative solutions.
• Proven experience delivering animations on ambitious timelines.
• Openness to learn, adapt, and be flexible in a highly collaborative team.
• A strong showreel demonstrating animation principles and skills.
• A love of games!
