Job Description

There are many web designers out there, but not all are equal. This opportunity is available for a creative candidate who can dream up clean, modern website designs our clients will love and bring them to life with HTML, CSS, and Javascript/jQuery. We are not looking for just anyone who has built a website, we are looking for someone who can see the big picture. Communicating effectively with clients, recognizing their needs, solving problems, and staying up to date with the ever-changing world of website technology is a must. There will be no boredom here. Our candidate will work on a variety of projects with our team of talented backend developers to devise a website concept from scratch or willingly jump into an existing project as required, resulting in a functional online work of art.

Requirements

• Min of 5 years of experience

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver

• Creative design from concept to development

• HTML5 & CSS3

• Wireframing

• Responsive/Adaptive Design

• Excellent communication and writing skills

• Portfolio of work for review

Nice to Have:

• Visual Studio

• Javascript/jQuery

• Wordpress CMS

• Familiarity with PHP

• Database

• Bootstrap

• Degree in graphic design and/or web design

• Freelance experience
