Job Description

ROLE: Lead Motion Designer

Incredible opportunity to join a growing tech company based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the creation of high-quality motion graphics for various marketing channels, including social media, web, and video.
• Collaborate with creative producers, copywriters, and graphic designers to produce cohesive and engaging visual content.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction to ensure innovative and effective motion design solutions.
• Mentor junior motion designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their professional growth.
• Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the motion design process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the team and across the organisation.

Requirements

• Over 5 years experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and editing techniques.
• Experience managing team members.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects.
• Proven experience leading creative projects and managing a team of designers.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all motion graphics.
• Expert knowledge of performance marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Reddit, etc.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: £60-75k
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home
