Job Description

Incredible opportunity to join a growing tech company based in London as a Lead Motion Designer. The role involves developing and overseeing the creation of high-quality motion graphics for various marketing channels, including social media, web, and video. You will collaborate with creative producers, copywriters, and graphic designers to produce cohesive and engaging visual content, lead brainstorming sessions, and provide creative direction to ensure innovative and effective motion design solutions. Additionally, you will mentor junior motion designers and provide constructive feedback to foster their professional growth. Continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the motion design process and building strong relationships within the team and across the organization are also key parts of the role.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

• Over 5 years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and editing techniques.
• Experience managing team members.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects.
• Proven experience leading creative projects and managing a team of designers.
• Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all motion graphics.
• Expert knowledge of performance marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, YT, Google, Reddit, etc.

Salary & Benefits

£60-75k. The position offers a hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Additional benefits include training opportunities, company equity grants, and the opportunity to work abroad for 2 months a year.
