Job Description

We are looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to join our Events Design Agency based in Oxfordshire. This is an incredibly exciting role for anyone with a keen interest in the Formula 1 space, as you will have the opportunity to work on design projects that will be showcased globally. The role includes traveling to 10 races in the calendar, and involves producing a variety of advertising materials for world-renowned events, including paddock entrances, podiums, car wraps, trackside LED imagery, and over-track advertising.

Motion graphics play a significant role in our engaging displays, enhancing the visual experience with dynamic imagery. While a keen interest in F1 is not a prerequisite, it would be beneficial. We seek a top-tier Motion Graphics Designer who comes from a standard design background, with experience in 3D rendering being a strong advantage. Our offices are located in South East Oxfordshire, easily accessible from the M40/A40, and we require a presence in the office 5 days a week.

Expect extensive travel Monday to Monday, approximately 10 times yearly, working on-site at races, which will include weekend hours. Days off in lieu will be provided due to this demanding schedule. We offer a competitive salary of up to £40k, complemented by the travel opportunities associated with the role. This position is challenging due to travel and irregular hours, but the rewards align with the excitement of being part of the F1 calendar. Requirements

- Strong expertise as a Motion Graphics Designer with a solid design background.

- Experience in 3D rendering is highly desirable.

- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment 5 days a week.

- Willingness to travel to F1 races and work on-site, which may include weekends.

- Strong interest in the F1 space is preferred but not mandatory.

- Proven ability to produce engaging motion graphics and advertising materials.
